Join Us for the Great Brookhaven Clean-Up – Let’s Make Our Community Shine!
At Colonial Youth and Family Services, we believe that a strong, connected community starts with the
place we all call home. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to be part of something meaningful—The Great Brookhaven Clean-Up on Saturday, May 17th, 2025!
This isn’t just a clean-up—it’s a chance to come together as neighbors, friends, and families to make a real difference right here in our backyard.
Event Details:
• Date: Saturday, May 17, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Meet-Up Location: 346 Montauk Highway, Suite 1A, Moriches, NY 11955
• Clean-Up Site: Smith Road & Shirley Railroad area
• Breakfast: 10:00 – 10:30 AM
• Lunch: 2:00 – 2:30 PM
We’ll start the day with a light breakfast, fuel up, and then head out to the clean-up site to clear litter, restore beauty, and show some love to our community spaces. When we wrap up, we’ll gather again for lunch and good conversation. It’s a great way to connect, give back, and feel proud of the work we do together.
What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty
• Gloves (we’ll have some extras if needed)
• A positive attitude and a heart for service!
Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to the neighborhood, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved and make a visible impact. Every bag of trash we collect is one step toward a healthier, more beautiful Brookhaven.
